Reels Center operates https://www.reelscenter.com. Contact us at support@reelscenter.com. There is no login required to email support.

Account information: name, email, password hash (handled by our auth provider), and plan status.

Workspace content: projects, uploads, recordings, brand assets, and settings you save.

Usage and device information: pages viewed, feature use, approximate location from IP, browser type, and error logs needed to run the service.

Payment information: if you subscribe, Stripe processes card details. We store customer and subscription IDs, not full card numbers.

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect forms.

If you accept cookies, we may use Google Ads and Google Analytics tags to measure visits, ad clicks, and completed signups. Those tags can set advertising cookies.

You can reject optional cookies in the banner or on https://www.reelscenter.com/cookies. You can also use Google’s ad settings. We load those tags with Consent Mode so ads storage stays off until you accept.

We use information to create and secure accounts, save your work, generate content you request, process payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and understand whether ads and the website are working.

When you use an AI or stock-media feature, the prompt or file needed for that request may be sent to the provider that powers it (for example OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, fal.ai, Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay, Giphy, Freesound, or Jamendo). Do not put highly sensitive personal information in prompts.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with infrastructure and feature providers only as needed to run the service, with Stripe for billing, with Google if you accept ad/analytics cookies, when the law requires it, or to protect users.

We keep account and project data while your account is open. You can delete projects in the editor and request account deletion from Settings or by emailing support@reelscenter.com. Backups and security logs may remain for a limited period.

You can update your email in Settings, reject optional cookies on the Cookies page, cancel a paid plan from Billing, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your account data at support@reelscenter.com.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date.
