Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Reels Center at reelscenter.com, including the free account and paid plans listed on the Pricing page.

Effective September 21, 2026

The service

Reels Center is software for creating, editing, and exporting short-form videos and ads in a browser. We do not promise views, followers, sales, or that a reel will perform well on any social platform.

Accounts

Use a real email you can open. Keep your login private. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that we cannot verify, or that abuse the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Reels Center the permission needed to store, process, display, and deliver that content through features you use.

You must have the rights for anything you upload or publish. Do not upload content you do not own or are not licensed to use.

Plans and billing

Free accounts do not require a card. Current prices, included features, cancellation, and refunds are on https://www.reelscenter.com/pricing.

Paid plans renew until you cancel in Billing. Canceling stops future charges. You keep access until the paid period ends.

First-time Pro or Agency charges may be refunded within 7 days if you email support@reelscenter.com from the account email. After 7 days, charges are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, sexual exploitation, pornography, graphic violence, hateful threats, harassment, malware, impersonation, spam, or attempts to bypass security and usage limits.

Availability

We work to keep the app available, but it may have errors or downtime. Keep your own copies of important work. Features can change.

Enforcement

We may remove Discover content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, or abuse investigations.
