How much does Reels Center cost?

A free account does not need a credit card. Current Free, Pro, and Agency prices, cancel steps, and the 7-day first-charge refund are on the Pricing page.

How do I contact support without logging in?

Email support@reelscenter.com. That inbox does not require an account. Signed-in users can also open Help and file a ticket.

How do I create my first reel?

Log in and go to New Reel from the dashboard. Start from a goal, an uploaded clip, or an AI-generated idea, then finish it in the project editor.

Can I reuse my logo and colors across projects?

Yes — set them up once in Brand Kit and they're available to reuse on any reel, including the editor's canvas.

Where do my self-recordings and voiceovers go?

Anything recorded on the Recordings page or inside a project's Record/Voice tab is saved to a shared library, so it's reusable across every project.

How do I export or publish a finished reel?

Open a project, use the "Preview & Export" menu in the editor toolbar to export a PNG or copy your caption, then use the Publish links to open Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

I forgot my password. How do I get back in?

Use Forgot password on the login page. We email a time-limited link so you can choose a new password. If you forgot which email is on the account, use Forgot email and enter the email or name you remember. If that email never arrives, send a Help request and support can send another reset to the email on your account.

How do I delete a project or a recording?

Open the project and use Delete Project in the settings panel. Recordings can be removed from the Recordings page or from a project's Record/Voice tab.

Can my agency teammates share Clients with me?

Yes on Agency. The owner can invite up to 4 teammates (5 seats including the owner) from Clients. Teammates share the same clients, ads, and review links. Recordings and the global Brand Kit stay private to each person. The invitee must sign in with the invited email, then open the join link.

My reel is broken or will not play. What should I do?

Open Help, send a request, and include the project name. Support can inspect the saved reel, send a password reset if you are locked out, and reply in your Help page. We cannot see editor layers that exist only on your device.
