How do I create my first reel?
Log in and go to New Reel from the dashboard. Start from a goal, an uploaded clip, or an AI-generated idea, then finish it in the project editor.
Can I reuse my logo and colors across projects?
Yes — set them up once in Brand Kit and they're available to reuse on any reel, including the editor's canvas.
Where do my self-recordings and voiceovers go?
Anything recorded on the Recordings page or inside a project's Record/Voice tab is saved to a shared library, so it's reusable across every project.
How do I export or publish a finished reel?
Open a project, use the "Preview & Export" menu in the editor toolbar to export a PNG or copy your caption, then use the Publish links to open Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
I forgot my password. How do I get back in?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to get a reset email.
How do I delete a project or a recording?
Open the project and use Delete Project in the settings panel. Recordings can be removed from the Recordings page or from a project's Record/Voice tab.
